The BIGGEST negative for me was the availability of appointments, originally before I scheduled the consult, office hours online included Saturday, which is not the case, as a parent who prioritizes education before dental appointments it was always a challenge to schedule an appointment outside of school hours, it would have to be scheduled further out than what the provider ordered and sometimes at the West Covina office. "

" I’ve had a few broken retainers over the years since I got my braces off and it hasn't been easy on me financially. I was grateful to have saved $100 on each retainer for all my replacements(3-4). Because trying to keep it from breaking is hard enough. So, this last visit really hurt me and my family. With not only one but 2 broken retainers and paying $700 instead of $500 out of pocket makes a huge difference. I understand that this is a business. But, I was really hoping for the new girl(I think) who booked my appointment and charged me to at least honored what I’ve been paying for years now $250 per retainer.😔 I’m a loyal patient and will always recommend Apex to family and friends. "

" Only issue I had was: My sister brought my daughters to the appointment as I was unable to take off work. My sister was asked to contact me to discuss treatment, however I was placed on speaker and the financial balance was discussed on speaker with my sister there. I was repeatedly told my balance was past due and I explained that I was unaware and was never notified since I had been making payments with each visit. My sister expressed that she was uncomfortable with the conversation because we both felt this should have been a separate call to me. "
