" Everything was great, tho not satisfied with your neighbor who fits the prescription, I kept telling them the reading and bifocals didn’t work and told them to remove the bifocals, then came back for the pr for reading and still was not satisfied, told them it’s not clear, she tried telling me to move the object closer to my glasses, shouldn’t think it works that way,got fed up about her trying to think I’m not doing it right, gave up and just took my pr. And left, I see better with my over the counter pr than this pr I got from them, as for the bifocals, he tried telling me I’m not looking at the right angle, that’s why I thought the heck with bi, and had it remove, your office was excellent but personally I think you should have your patient back to check the glasses they fit from your prescription "

I wish he would have slowed down a little and seem a little more personable, like he did last time. This was my routine eye exam. I mentioned my dry eyes just because it was continuing, but he said to continue with my drops and ointment (which we have visited about before). My yearly exam is supposed to be included in my insurance, but the receptionist charged me $50 because dry eye is considered a ‘medical condition’. Not happy about that. We just reviewed it - 🙄. This isn’t right. "
