" Went for an initial newborn check up the day after delivery due to my baby having high jaundice levels. Dr. Cheng acknowledged all our concerns and left us feeling at ease. He also ordered a stat lab test and even called us after hours to review the results. Very satisfied that we found him to be our son’s pediatrician. "

" Big families definitely appreciate the opportunity to have multiple kids ears checked. Front desk said : “NO, doctor only had time for ONE child (out of 2 - tough call for a mom of 2 sick toddlers😑) - since it was a 4 pm Friday walk in ( picked up 3 yo kiddo with fever from school). Which meant I had to go with all 3 small kids (5 yo in tow) to emergency room to have ears checked. But doctor Cheng mercifully suggested to have 2 yo. ears checked as well- and of course found ear infection. Saved the day "

" Seriously such an amazing clinic. Checked in and was called back within 5 minutes. Medical assistant was so sweet and caring. The office is small and cozy & you dont feel lost like in big offices. As a mom I appreciate the small waiting room. Didnt have to chase my 2 small kiddos around. The doctor was so nice and welcoming. Was gentle on the physical exam, didnt rush us, all questions were answered. Highly recommend this place. Thank you! "

" This was our first visit with Dr. Cheng after he was recommended to us by a family friend. Dr Cheng is AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He’s very friendly and jokes around with the kids which made the kids more comfortable around him. The medical assistant/nurse that helped us was also AMAZING although I didn’t catch her name. She was very friendly, patient, and gentle with the kids. I am absolutely pleased with both of them and we will definitely be coming back. The front desk however, we weren’t too pleased with. We arrived 15 minutes early for our scheduled 2:30 appointment and we were advised that we were checking in “too early”. She then looked annoyed helping us because we were a new patient. She was also annoyed and rude because I couldn’t hear her through the tempered glass so she had to talk louder. Not pleased with the front office staff but we loved Dr Cheng and his medical assistant/nurse. :) "
