" The Benadryl injection on hand was expired, so I had to buy the liquid form at a nearby pharmacy after getting a steroid shot. I am slightly allergic and felt very strange for 2 hours. The liquid did not prevent a reaction as the injection would have. It’s been a regular protocol for me since 2019. Please inform Dr. Salman Aly about this. "

" Due to the lack of compassion out of this office and due to the poor record keeping and due to the dr. Not providing me the info I needed up front that he could not be my primary I have been left with a primary dr visit scheduled in January but until then I do not ha e siezure medication or blood pressure medication and I am struggling with siezures. Just because I Got upset with the receptionist because they don’t record information...Dr Aly just decided he wouldn’t call me for my telemedicine call. I am HIV positive and selected this doctor... he did not select me. I am transitioning I get my 13 years of care to him and yet his office has to call me twice to see if I ever received labs... twice. Dr never ordered labs... why don’t they know this? He told me on my first visit whereby I provided a list of all my meds and even took the bottles. He filled my HIV med and told me when I needed other refills to call his office. I won’t go back. My health can not be played with. "

" Did no temperature check. Waiting room was too crowded! One person in the waiting room had his mask down, not covering his mouth or nose and no one addressed it with him. Lack of proper protocol for a medical office during a health crisis! When someone responded to my complaint, they made excuses! Doctor did no testing and wanted me to come back for a follow-up visit. Not going to happen! Not pleased with the level of care provided. "

Dr. Aly discussed my labs, adjusted prescriptions, offered a new plan for bloodwork. He is being very accommodating with my concerns, but also comforting. " I assumed they had my Dad’s insurance info prior to the visit. He could not be seen, Dr Aly is not a provider covered by his HMO. Not their fault. Also Mom did not mention the pressure wound on her sacrum (tail bone) that had E. coli in the hospital. I didn’t realize it has not healed. He did not ask about it, so again not their fault. Overall Dr. Aly is an awesome Doctor!! "
