" I look forward to coming to my appointments here. I know that my primary care nurse practitioner is concerned about my health. I am comfortable telling him all of my problems and concerns. He listens and I believe that he cares. He is not in a hurry to come in to see you and leave. He takes his time. I use to look forward to the coffee machine but I have been put on restrictions so I have to comply. He stated that if I did not do better with my chose of foods, change would be made. I do not like changes that may cause me to have to take additional medications. I am going to do better. Thank you Mr McGee! “You Rock”! ✨✨ "

" PA Shelley is an excellent provider. The staff is professional and efficient. You are welcomed as soon as you walk in the door and offered water or tea. Yesterday was a longer wait and all patients were informed of a longer wait time because of an emergency and short staff. I really appreciate that we were informed this just shows what a caring facility I'm at. "

" Shelley was excellent. We went over all my medical issues and medicine's. She is a great listener and has great bedside manners. She's cares about her patients. From the time I arrived the staff is friendly and helpful. I was acknowledged when I first walked in. My wait time was short. The actual time going over my medical history took awhile to go over on my part. I'm a complex patient. At check out my blood orders were ready and I was explained the meds that were going to be called in and the process of my referrals that I needed. What a great office. Runs like a well oiled machine. I'm glad this is my primary care office. "

I’ve never been to the Sugarland location so I can’t comment on them, but the staff in Wharton are just over the top compassionate, understanding, caring, helpful, and they are precise on their word. " Just a comment about the waiting room which was completely full on exiting from my mother's 1:30pm appointment.l understand that currently there is a wide diversity on personal mask usage but maybe patients that are waiting to be roomed and vitals could wait in their cars until the exam room is empty and ready for the next patient.l understand that such method may cause some delay but in the current environment all sensible precautions should be taken.
