" I still don't understand the next step. The dr said the lady up front will give me 2 form. She didn't and when I called she stated one is sent to school and the other is online or I can pick it up. The teachers both stated they need the form. It states where to send the form back to. I'm still kinda lost as to what to do. "

" Your phones calling in do not work most of the time and when they do the wait is ridiculous. Then when they do answer you get hung up on. When you type in the extension it does not work it just keeps talking. "

" I absolutely love everyone working here. They make my daughter and I both feel very at ease and keep us well informed on her plan and medication for her adhd. They also never fail to answer questions or concerns. The receptionist is always so friendly and so sweet to everyone and helpful as well. I truly appreciate every staff member there. "

" The first I took my son the receptionist was great. The virtual chat was not good but she wasn't the Dr. He's great. I told the lady I didn't want to discuss the situation in front of my son, but she insisted only doing that. So don't ask my feeling about her. There should be some limit as to what an adult can discuss in front of a child "
