" I have an HMO insurance plan and due to this I often feel like a second class citizen when trying to make an appointment with a physician.. I would like to share with you that your entire staff, from my first phone call to my last visit, was very welcoming and professional. My primary physician (Dr. Mercedes Tomioka) had originally referred me to another eye specialist in Newport Beach. What a different experience I had at that office. From the first call to my visit with the doctor I felt like they were doing me a favor just to speak with me. I shared my negative experiences with my primary doctor.
I personally requested your office as I knew of Dr. Wirta through my work. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Vigor and found the entire experience to be very positive. Thank you for leading a team of staff who are compassionate and friendly. Each staff member had a welcoming smile and manner. They also seemed happy to be working at the office. Great job by all! "
