" Regarding the wait time: The doctor had a flat tire on the way into work so I needed to wait for almost 2 hours but I was kept informed all along the way. When the doctor saw me, he was not rushed, which I appreciated. My next commitment was in this part of town so I chose to wait. Also, I needed to have my hand seen and didn't want to wait another week. Nice music and magazines helped me pass the time. "

" My experience with Dr. Nick Gay exceeded my expectations. Dr Gay is knowledgeable in his field. He is very courteous, very informative, and as a provider and professional, he answered all my questions and concerns. I felt at ease talking and discussing my issues with Dr Gay. after our discussion, Dr Gay immediately ordered my MRI right there in his office and we discussed my next step of recovery. I saw Dr Gay for an injury related to over working my lower leg muscles because of the many hours and hundreds of miles of cycling. I was very irresponsible and did not pay attention to the warnings at the time of cycling. To describe my pain, I would say 10 out of 10. After talking to Dr Gay, I am now at ease knowing that I have the best orthopedic surgeon that will help me help through out my row to recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Nicolas Gay to anyone and everyone that is experiencing this type of muscle pain . He is amazing .His office staff is friendly, helpful, and very kind. "

" When i arrived we knocked on the door and was properly greeted. She kindly gave us instructions that only the pt is allowed in. I filled out my paper work and turned it in. I was shortly brought in and started the process of the first stages of being prepared for the surgery. I loved my RN Yana, she is bubble and happy with a great bedside manner. We went through my paperwork and she caught a mistake i had made, and we quickly corrected it. I had brought in my questions for Dr.Besh that she would make sure he would answer. " Dr. Reynolds and staff were top notch as usual, even uplifting for both me and my son. My son was returning after a successful stem cell procedure, where his torn rotator cuff was cured and in rehab. This time he had a broken arm from skateboarding, life of a 10yo. Dr. Reynolds did his usual magic and made Danny feel right at home, though he is usually nervous around any medical facility. He received a great fitting splint and also a separate spare splint and is well on to continuing recovery. I can't say enough about Dr. Reynolds and his team, it was a very comfortable and even fun experience. "

" Form Institute, hand wrist and elbow is a very professional facility, I was very happy with the treatment of my injury. I was treated with excellent medical care. I had surgery it was a very rewarding experience! I had no pain, I feel that is because the Doctor is a true expert in his field.
