" I'm concerned with people coming in without masks despite signs posted to inform patients to wear masks upon entry. I realize that some people aren't completely obliging with vaccinations, and specifically speaking, masking mandates, and even some areas of public service make it optional to wear masks or not, including public transportation. With that said, even hospitals are more rigid with mask rules, and I would expect any medical facility in charge of patient care under any circumstances would hold people to account when it comes to mask rules, especially while we keep seeing more variants of the Coronavirus following a global pandemic that's killed millions, including members of my own family. I hope someone looking over my response to this survey will take my commentary seriously and make sure that EVERYONE who expects professional medical care will do their part and show consideration for others who may or may not be susceptible to illness. "

" Unfortunately, it seems that there is a lack of communication between your departments. I have provided my ne insurance information to your clerks numerous times. However they dont make any updates in your computer. I was even called by tour home a d aks me for the sa.e Information. On my follow up to my gypsy I was again asked fo my insurance I formation. I was called by the office manager stating that I refused to pro ide the clerk with the information. That is not the truth for i was Frustrated to have to be called constantly regarding the information. I really donot accept that the office manager threatened me with cancelling my follow up appointment for my colposcopy but also threatened me with collection. Mind you I am In A union 32 bj. My colonoscopy was paid By the union. Now I'm being harrassed wit payment forThe endoscopy. You really need to stop this practice. I am on my follow up personally informing g dr Khan. Of your lack of professionalism. "
