The only issue I have had with this office is not getting any answer to my voice call. For example, last time, when I needed to reschedule my appointment, I left two messages within two days and when nobody got back to me, I used the website and sent a message and fortunately received a response and was quickly rescheduled. "

" Dr. Sanchez is the most thorough and conscientious Nephrologist I have ever gone to. I am at Advanced Stage 4 CKD & he is the first Nephrologist who gives me hope that just because I am at that level, it doesn’t necessarily mean that I can’t live a good life & be in fear every day that I will need dialysis or be placed on the kidney transplant list any time soon. He doesn’t rush through the lab results. He explains in detail everything about the electrolytes, metabolic panel, etc. He is so knowledgeable. I asked him why in the world did he ever want to become a Nephrologist because the complexity of understanding the kidney function is so complicated & most everyone he deals with comes to him because they are very sick & how does he feel about that. His response was “I love being a Nephrologist and every patient is so different that it makes me feel good that I can be there to support them through the challenges with the knowledge I have about the disease”. Need I say more? "

" Dr Rondla is at the top of her game. She saved my kidney from major surgery when a 20 minute ablation was all that was needed. Emory thought I had cancer but the suspect tumor proved to be benign. I strongly suggest that anyone who has been told they need kidney surgery contact her especially if the tumor in question is small and localized. Her associate , Dr Kang, at Gwinnett Medical Northside is the interventional Radiologist that does the procedures. Great folks all in all!! "
