The receptionist was unable to get that status during my visit, but said she had left a note for my PCP. While not related to the individualized care I received, it would be helpful to have a basket or some sort of way to carry clothing and belongings from room to room in the lab area as well as curtains that extend past the doorway in the EKG room and a mirror to make sure all the bits and pieces are in place when dressing to leave. Of course it all worked out, but was a little clumsy. "

" If a prescription is not going to be called into the pharmacy right away, then give the patient the option of a printed Rx to drop off themselves. I have Covid and getting the medication asap mattered. My appointment was at 8:30 am. I called my pharmacy inquiring about RX, they didn’t have it. Called office at 12:30 and was told RX are called in within 24 hours. I called a second time and they said they put in through. I picked up my medication at 3:30. Missed a dose due to late call in. "

" I showed up to my appointment at the correct time only to find an empty parking lot and building where the practice was formerly located. I was never informed by email or letter that the office moved as of April (2024) to a new location further east and south! Neither did my husband who is also a patient of this practice. I live 40 minutes away, one way, (now even further since the new location) and simply asked over the phone if I could get an x-ray. I aspirated some rice two weeks ago and I'm still coughing. Asked if the doctor could just submit an order to Simon Med or SMIL radiography so that I didn't have to drive 90 minutes round trip for a 30 second chest x-ray. They called back the next day and told me no. I had to come in. I don't see why when in the end I'm just going to get a phone call with the results. I've been a patient at this practice for over 25 (maybe 30?) years and have noticed a remarkable decline since Dr. Kuhl retired. "
