The support staff was equally helpful and attentive, especially Ms. Wanda, who phoned me, not once, but twice, to get more info from me and to update me on pharmacy and insurance issues (which likely cut out at least an additional hour or more of my future time with Walgreens). Our daughter primary doctor even called for us and nothing. Finally had a appointment yesterday February 7, 2023 with Mrs. Strickland and she had no idea I was trying to reach her. That’s not common amount doctors. When prescribing my medications they were very mindful of costs. I feel very lucky to be a patient with Jydes. " I just want to say that I have been to the offices in Dacula, Dawsonville, and Buford and I’m always treated with the upmost respect and care no matter where I end up. I never liked seeing doctors before I discovered Jydes, especially for my severe panic attacks, insomnia, and depression, because the answers are always different yet somehow still vague. I never felt I was taken seriously. Jydes has changed my jaded perception on seeking help and I am blessed to have these amazing people in my corner. " Dr B always conveys a sense of caring as do her nurses. I didn’t see the nurses yesterday, I have to call and check about a prescription because the pharmacy doesn’t show it as ordered. The last time this happened, I was assured Dr. B had indeed called it in to CVS. This isn’t a reflection on Dr. B. CVS has often delayed prescriptions or didn’t download or find them. Sometimes, I have to make several calls and speak to different pharmacists over several days up to a week or more until someone finds the prescription. Once they found others that they had on hand to be refilled as well as the new one. "
