She said no labs etc would be ordered and she said that I would not need to fast for any labs, even lipids. Ms Fleming was also very professional and gave me the time needed for a wellness exam and ordered labs and mammogram. I was only disappointed when she told me that she would not renew my compounded hormone prescriptions. She said I would have to go to another Dr for my prescriptions that I’ve been taking for over 10 years. As a compounding Pharmacist for over 20 years it’s disappointing when a provider doesn’t acknowledge the awesome benefits of BHRT for patients "

" Despite confirming an alternate pharmacy for one medication that requires out of pocket payment (due to policy that no PAs will be completed under a specific dollar amount) with reception, MA, provider, and double checking with the MA before leaving (and confirming that the correct pharmacy was linked to the medication refill being submitted to Dr. Kelly for review), it was still sent to the wrong pharmacy. I contacted the office the following morning and await resolution. The staff were kind and thorough with my visit. Shoutout to Linda, Kacey, and Genevieve. Wonderful ladies. Completing a well woman exam in a room that was incredibly cold was a bit intense, I would encourage better temperature regulation in the exam rooms or the offering of a sheet/blanket. "

" I'm new to the area and have completely new insurance (Kaiser to Blue Cross) and needed to find a new primary care physician. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and was able to get me an appointment the next day. The new patient forms are available to fill out online, which saved time at check in. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Kacey, the P.A. who saw me took the time to listen to my concerns and converse with me about my health issues to work on a course of treatment. She was very professional while still being warm and approachable. Also the nurse who took my blood (I don't recall her name unfortunately) for lab tests was awesome. My veins are very difficult to draw from and she was very thorough, skilled, empathetic, and concerned with my comfort. I'm used to having to be poked several times, and sometimes having to fish around with the needle, she kept it to a minimum and I appreciated her care. "
