" The medical assistant for Dr. Rommel and herself are first class. They both showed the medical expertise one would expect when visiting the doctor's office, but, also, showed a real concern with me as a patient. How to relate to a patient is as much of a doctor's visit as are the details of the medical visit itself. I appreciate both individuals. "

" Carol my medical assistant was excellent. She made sure my prescription was going to be correct for me. She put lens in glasses so I be sure they were ok. I have not been happy with my last glasses for the last 3 yrs.

" Every team member had a positive, happy attitude, not only with the clients but also to each other. They demonstrated great team work. They were personable, caring and professional, and knowledgeably answered all my questions. I was ushered to the exam room promptly at my scheduled time. The facility was immaculately clean and well organized. Actually, I can’t say enough about this extremely pleasant experience! I highly recommend this practice. "

" I was so impressed by the care and concern given to my eye care by Courtney and Dr Rommel. Given that I was a new patient and my file from previous eye doctor was not complete, Courtney was unrelentless in making phone calls to learn the information she needed. Both she and Dr Rommel were personable, courteous and very professional! I was very impressed and would definitely recommend the practice to anyone. "

" This was my first experience with this medical group. Very impress. The receptionist spoke clearly and anticipated my questions. Cindi made me feel very comfortable and was very patient as I answered medical questions. Dr. Rommel was very professional. Answered my concerns about diabetic retinopathy and my cataracts. She made sure that I would be leaving with contact lens and eye glass prescriptions. At check out, I was able to pay my bill and schedule an appointment for my next appointment. Very efficient. Wonderful experience. "
