" My only complaint was I felt it was a rip off financially. When I made my appointment I was expecting to have an eye examination because I hadn’t been there since 2018. When I checked in I was told I was there for a cataract check. That was considered medical insurance. If I wanted a refraction I would have to pay 40.00 or schedule another appointment that would be covered by my eye insurance. I was annoyed about that because who wants to schedule another appointment when you’re all ready there!! So they made 40.00 off me!! "

" From stepping through the entrance door, pre exam procedures and consultation with Dr Thode, everyone was knowledgeable of my history of pre existing condition and scheduler explained the next steps needed before surgery etc.
Would highly recommend this practice. "

" Jessica and Dr. Thode were wonderfully kind, friendly, cordial, professional, respectful and considerate. The entire staff at the office was friendly, helpful and courteous. The facilities are beautiful and I loved seeing that the professional staff was equipped with everything they need to do their jobs well, and most importantly: do their jobs COMFORTABLY! It is very rewarding to see employees being treated well at their workplace!

" Dr. Rommel has provided me with excellent care. The process and results of my cataract surgery have exceeded expectation. Her clinical expertise is a given. Her willingness to communicate thoroughly and discuss my eye care has been helpful and gratifying. The extended medical team at the practice has been competent and helpful, as have the two physicians on call when I needed assistance. I have made several referrals to the practice because of Dr. Rommel and these experiences. "

" Insurance information should be done prior to visit. Patients should be told if the person helping is new to the office or position, would be less frustration at the front desk.
Otherwise, this is one of the best offices to go to for eye care! "

" Wait time to be called back was great but wait time after dilation until doctor came in was not. My appt was 12:30. I was done with technician with eye drops administered, by no later than 1:00. Doctor did not come in until 2:00. That was a bit extreme. "
