" The reason I didn’t select excellent for courtesy, is because the receptionists at check-in really need to treat the patients a whole lot better. One woman was so-so, but the older one should NOT work with the public. She was extremely rude to most everyone that came in to check-in. It took everything I had not to go over and speak to her about it. I was in the waiting area for about 45 mins, and at no point did I hear her speak kindly, nor show/give respect to anyone other than fellow employees! If Dr. Thode wasn’t highly recommended, I may have left to find another practice. The rest of the staff outside of the waiting area, we’re all very nice!!! Dr. Thode being the tops! "

" I am very pleased with care from Dr Thode.
He is an excellent physician. He diagnosed a condition that
was overlooked by another physician, a physician not in this
practice. He is caring and knowledgeable.
His assistant was also excellent and knowledgeable

" Both the office including the eye glasses were were like a well ordered machine. Everyone was informative and kind. The surgery center was gentle and caring. I was eased into cataract surgery with very little stress. Doctor Manning was gentle and caring. I plan to rerun for my follow up care each year. "

Every minute of my visit was outstanding!!!! Brad was incredible and I'm not easily impressed.
The lady where I paid was really nice!!! She and the other lady laughed at all my 'one liners'.
Then when I ordered new glasses, that lady was so helpful and pleasant!! The whole appointment was a very pleasurable experience!! Oh, did I mention, Dr. Manning was very good, too!!!!! Ha Ha!!! I love coming there because this is the kind of treatment I get EVERY TIME!!!! "
