" This is an excellent practice with a very professional and courteous staff. The length of the three wait times during my appointment did provide me with the opportunity to read the AARP magazine I brought with me. However, I wonder if the nature of appointment scheduling should be re-evaluated to shorten the time that patients must sit in the waiting areas. Because many patients will have been driven to their eye appointments by family members or friends, a shortened overall wait time would be more convenient for our designated drivers. My husband carried his ear buds with him so that he could watch YouTube videos on his iPhone while he sat in the comfortable, air-conditioned waiting area. "

From the initial phone call I made months ago to seek another opinion to my actual 1 hour visit - everyone helped me feel it was okay for me to seek a second opinion. I was upfront with the staff on seeking the second opinion, as transparency is important to me as a person and as a customer. From your front desk staff, to “Paola” who went through my history and initial eye exam “numbers”, to Dr. Thode who was courteous, professional.
