" I was anxious about the visual field test with the white light dots. In previous times taking the test I became flustered. Yesterday the technician had a calming effect and I felt no anxiety and finished the test with a better outcome than before. I appreciated the expertise and calm demeanor of the technician. The doctor was pleased with the various outcomes of the acuity, eye pressure, and visual field tests and was happy for me. I left feeling good about the visit and the kindness of each person I saw. "

Scheduling a year out, instead of only 6 months out, would also be a valuable tool for patients and staff. "

" I had a 3:30 appointment. I was not seen until 4:30. I was fine with that, it happens in health care. Dr Rommel and staff went above and beyond to try to solve my post-surgical issues. They stayed until 5:40 PM to make sure I was okay with the next steps even though they close at 5. Very good care!! "
