" From the moment you walk in until you leave it’s a very nice experience. After my new prescription I went to the optical department bought new frames and lenses (50%off) and the man in charge was absolutely wonderful to me. Fit my glasses, help me pick out frames, Which is always so difficult for me. I must have tried on 25 pairs and he was so patient. All in all I couldn’t be more pleased with your office. I am grateful that I am a patient of yours, thank you. "

" I had a wonderful patient experience, from the front desk and every step until I was out the door. Everyone was kind, friendly, and very skilled at their job. I am always difficult with taking pictures. I was not made to feel like I was a bother. We were a great team and they got the information that the pictures that they needed. Dr. Tien reviewed all data to bring me up to date on my eye health and possible procedures in the future. The front desk was very efficient. The optical department would not update one lense for left eye vision correction. They only will replace both eyeglass lenses for a total of $500.00+ and will not submit to my insurance company. Disappointing. "

" One thing was a concern for me. When my vision was checked, I told the assistant (who was very sweet and friendly), that I thought I had a very minimal change in my one eye but one that was hardly noticeable. When checked on the eye chart, I had a very slight difference in my one eye. She automatically did a refraction (which took about 3 minutes) and which showed only a minimal difference, and I was charged $40. Looking back, I wish I had spoken up and told her I was not going to get new glasses and it was not necessary. But I also would have liked her to give me the option of having or not having the refraction, and the cost involved.
I still am very pleased with your office and the care that I have been given there. "
