" When u are going to have a eye operation , have patience , u are not the only one there brimming examined ,
There is a prosecute that must be preformed at different stations.
It is critical they get each test right. U only have one set of eyes in your life.
They answered all my questions about each prosecute ,satisfactoy ,
You are not getting an oil change , where they would take out the plug , drain the oil, put the plug back in and dump new pin in an send u on your wsy.

" The computer system was down and my appointment was four days ago and I have yet to receive their prescription which they could not provide me because of the computer issues. When I spoke to them, they said they could not email it to me. I would have to either come in, or they would put it in the US mail, which so far has not occurred. "

" I could talk to Dr Thode and the highly competent assistants all day. And I don't mean just 'shooting the breeze,' I mean talking about eyes and the wonder of the corneal transplants I received, how they 'knit in' and begin functioning; how they function; taking care of my new corneal tissue; technicalities and skill of the surgery; instruments used; training to do the procedure...it's a wonder and I still thrill daily at the clarity of my vision recovering from the slow, downhill slide of my acuity due to Fuch's Dystrophy until I was rescued by Dr. Thode and the staff of Manning, Rommel and Thode. And in the middle of the pandemic, yet. "

" My experience as a new patient was excellent. The woman who checked me in was so very friendly! The assistant who did my refraction/contact lens check/etc. was amazing!! I saw Dr. Bethany Rommel and I highly recommend her. From check-in to the optical department upon leaving, everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! Overall, my experience as a patient at this office was incredibly wonderful. I cannot say enough!! Probably the BEST medical facility I've ever been to. "

" Until my last visit, I was not sure I was going to stay with this practice. I had been with retired Dr. Rommel for some time and the transition to the new Drs has not been easy. But during this visit, I noticed a change in my provider that was welcome. Much more conversation between us and explanations of what is going on with my eyes. Much more being treated as a person and less like a number. "
