Then the person who took me in to see the doctor really made me feel comfortable esp when you have a situation that was serious… I was having a 3 month follow up for a skin challenge with Dr Moss and all the contact before seeing is important to keep us relaxed and her staff truly was terrific.. Then my time with Dr Moss was great she really Made me feel great supplying me with good information about my situation and the future of my checkups… I would highly suggest everyone reading this to get your yearly skin exam and Dr Miss and her team are great .. See you again in 3 months and thanks .. "

The only part of the office process that I don’t care for is the abruptness of the receptionists when they ask for everyone’s date of birth out loud in front of all patients in the waiting room. I feel that one’s birth date is a personal piece of information that is key to ones’ identity security. In this day and age of breeches of identity theft I like to keep my exact date of birth low key. I understand this is maybe the most direct way to identify a patient but some respect for privacy would be appreciated. "

Please fix that. Scheduling appointments has been an issue every time. Staff will continuously schedule me and then when the appointment is close they will ask me to reschedule because the office is actually closed that day. This has happened without fail every time I’ve scheduled an appointment. As someone who does not work remotely and gets limited time off, it’s frustrating to say the least. I don’t know if this is an issue with the computer software or the receptionists but it’s unprofessional and disappointing. " This is a new office and very spacious, equipped with cutting edge technology and medical equipments. I have been seeing her for quite sometime so I know how the old office was! This new office is in the prime location as well. Dr. Moss is one of the best dermatologists I’ve seen till now. She sees a lot of patients alone and that doesn’t make her tired (although she has a few certified dermatologist residents who regularly see patients besides her). I am thankful to her because I have called most of the dermatologist offices who accepts my insurance before I find Dr. Moss and most of them haven’t updated their offices phone numbers and addresses with Metroplus, and even on google. So all the calls I did was unreachable. Dr. Moss is very professional in this. She keeps updating her offices related changes on google and with insurance as well. I must recommend Dr. Moss to my friends and all. "
