" My OPC clinician(whom ive dealt with since day one)had left the company and no one from OPC reached out to inform of that.Having to start over with another clinician was a little awkward but Shane picked up where mitch left off and finish what he started.Very satisfied with the level of service recieved from Shane and Cristina and OPC staff,will definetly recommend OPC to anyone needing a prosthesis. " OPC overall has been great to me from the morning I woke after anesthesia screaming! I looked over and there was a gentleman from OPC and he smiled at me and said hi! He told me his name and left me a business card, and said he would contact me a little later. OPC has been very accommodating to my needs especially since I don't have a car, having someone come out to where I live, then having an Uber driver me to the Sarasota office (which was 45 minutes away), and now I go to the Tampa office and they still get me to their office by Uber. This company never gave up on me even when I got severely depressed and didn't want to talk to people!! I've had so many people approach me on the streets, when I'm out with my daughters at different events, or even while I've been shopping asking me about my leg. I've heard so many people say that they didn't know where to start to get their prosthetic, so I've been able to refer many people OPC! "

" I had been using a pin socket on the last three sockets.i came to Spring Hill from St. Petersburg because of my car accident. I went and saw Mike Bertaran (not sure about spelling) Anyway I'm so very happy to have met him. He saw what the pin socket was doing to my stump and immediately suggested that I try vacuum socket. Takes a little more time to get on BUT well worth it.. I don't even use my cane anymore! I can't say enough about Mike and his staff. They the best. Debbie Sansone "

" The staff at the Spring Hill office is great I’ve never had a problem out of them and if I need something I get it I got to come and get my leg readjusted I talk to Mike Michelle they all know what’s going on and it goes really smoothly I wish you had more people like this and if I don’t need an appointment everything’s going good I don’t call him when I have a problem I called they get me in as soon as possible which is great "

" Mike is a great guy he explains everything to me he takes his time make sure my prosthetics fit right or the right height that that they’re working right he has been an unbelievable help to me since I had my amputation and my first leg was great and I’ve only had this leg for two days but it feels good and I’m walking really well on it. Michell his assistant is always happy very pleasant to talk to there just a really great office and I would recommend them to anybody that ever had or needed a prosthetic device they are A+ plus plus "

" I'm VERY pleased with all the support & training I've received from OPC. I had my first home physical therapy session yesterday. I was able to get up on the walker by myself for the first time ! I was able to walk with walker around house for a total of 10 minutes. I couldn't have done this without OPC. They are helping me rebuild my life after my amputation. THANKS OPC "

" I am a 70-year-old above-the-knee amputee. My OPC Prosthetic Specialist contact is Henry. It's hard to put into words the depth of my appreciation for all he has done overseeing the improvement in my quality of life after my amputation. From the first day, I walked into OPC 5 years ago until today under his guidance the improvement in my ability to walk and my ability to live a normal life has been miraculous. To lose one of your legs is an emotional experience. So to be taken care of by a person who always treats you with dignity and respect makes the experience much easier to deal with.
