" I have had other doctors in time, my doctor is the best doctor I’ve ever had he cares, and he has always steered me in the right direction. He is kind and professional and his staff is also. I have told my family and friends about him. I have recommended people to go to him. It should summit up that he is a wonderful personal and caring doctor and will do everything he can to make sure that you are OK and will do the right thing to get you better. " I'm 52. I've been to a lot of Doctors and Parkway is the best I've been to. Everyone is so friendly and professional. It is very well run. I get to the room within a few minutes of arrival and someone is with me immediately. This says a lot to me because a lot of offices you have to wait 30 minutes or more past your appointment time and I've sat on plenty of tables for a half hour waiting for anyone to come in the room. The speed of the whole experience is amazing to me. Ok, Shontell Brooks is the absolute best. Firstly, she's super easy to talk to and friendly. She takes time with me. A lot of practices rush. Shontell explains everything to me thoroughly so I have a clear understanding of my health. I highly recommend Parkway Medical. "

" I always receive nothing but EXCELLENT service from the Doctor (Majekodunmi) and the staff ( all 4 receptionist). I will continue to tell everyone that this Doctors office is the best!!! They will work with my schedule and are great with getting back to me, in a timely manner, when I have questions or concerns. If the visit takes a little longer than expected, I am ok with it because this doctor takes his time to listen and understand what the patient is there for. He gives all of his patients the time that they need without rushing them...... HE REALLY CARES!! "

" I see two different Doctors at the Medical Parkway so my response is for both Drs. They both are excellent doctors. I have no complaints. The only problem that I have is with the Pharmacy at Crain Towers. when I get my prescription filled I don't count my medication there so once I get home I count my medication and there were times I was short between 5 to 10 pills. I know that I cannot do anything about it once I leave the pharmacy. I would like to know what I can do about it? I tried to go go to another pharmacy but they say that they don't have them. "

" My care with the practice has been amazing. I absolutely love how down to earth The entire staff and even the students that follow the dr. are. I have referred many family members and good friends to Dr. Magic. My husband who has been very healthy suddenly had a heart attack last year And he who doesn't like doctors is very happy and very comfortable telling Dr. Magic any issues that he has. Both the Dr's and the staff always Will ask how my entire family is doing as well as making sure I'm good. No matter what kind of mood I'm in I always have a smile when I leave. I don't have any questions that go unanswered and even have referred Pts to him that need a good PCP. They are amazing with the ability to make an appointment when YOU need it. "
