The transition from married to enjoying life is a tough one but so much easier with someone like her on your team. I wish we could be besties , but I wouldn’t have survived this without her. " This was my first session with Tommy Rowland. I thought he was very polite and easy going. I did not feel any awkwardness with the session. My only complaints is with the scheduling with the receptionist. Before my first appointment I had a hard time getting a hold of the office and when I did she seemed very put out by my questions. I had quite a few because this was my really first therapy session ever. Then trying to schedule a follow up afterwords was inconvenient because the system kept having issues. "

My real sister hopefully doesn’t take notes when we talk, but honestly, it’s a wild ride so I wouldn’t blame her if she did. Im sure Julie’s notes are full of observations of how close I am to just giving it all up and becoming a bog witch, but I persist. With her help. You see, Julie is my knight in shining armor - if that were a person who gets paid to listen to me complain about my ex husband’s incessant need to ruin my perfectly good vibes and my Taylor swift quotes. My real sister hears this too but I like that Julie takes notes.. Plus maybe when I’m healed or we can read them like my diary and laugh over margs one day. Simply put, she is amazing! Finding assessable, high quality medication management is exceptionally rare. Finding a provider as with Ms. Ervin’s level of clinical and pharmacological knowledge is almost impossible. Ms. Ervin has been and continues to be an integral part in my journey from surviving to thriving! She is incredibly valuable asset not only to Patterson to our entire community! Additionally, the receptionist at the Fort Walton office deserves a “shout out”. I have worked numerous environments that handle protected confidential client information. I have never experienced anyone handle client information with as much care and professionalism. She is incredibly respectful and takes additional measures to ensure privacy anytime personal information is exchanged. "

" The counselor that my son and I saw was amazing! However, the lady at the front desk came off as rude. After my sons appointment I went to the window to make another appointment for the following week and instead of her telling me a date she said a time of 12 after going to check with the counselor. I told her it was the 17th and the 12th had passed. So she repeated herself as though I could read her mind as to what day she was implying. I then asked her for the date and time and she huffed and puffed like I was bothering her. I understand everyone is short staffed but it was something simple and she clearly wasn’t getting what was in her head relayed to me. Maybe she was having a bad day but not a good first impression for our first time. "
