" It is a little difficult to reach the office. I tried to call to look at changing my location to Tarzana (much closer), but I was never able to connect. So we kept the appointment in Agora Hills. But once I was there I appreciated how quickly we were taken care of and everyone we interacted with was excellent. My daughter felt very well taken care of!! "

After checking me further regarding my issues he recommended PT & also had his staff give me a printout of exercises to do at home. The whole process was very efficient but with care regarding treatment. Highly recommend! "

" Dr. Patterson was in incredible in pinpointing my son’s pain and the plan of action. I was about to leave feeling so satisfied and happy knowing my son is on his way to recovery. However, the receptionist to make a follow up appointment and pay, was very rude and appeared angry and unhappy. She was snide with scheduling and spoke abruptly and so fast that I could barely understand her. It really effected me on my way out especially when my son even noticed and mentioned how incredibly rude she was to me. Thank goodness we come here for the excellent doctor and not the front desk. I hope it was just a bad day for her, but I definitely left a bad and unnerving impression on us. "

" I was concerned because we could not get an appointment with Dr. Patterson for almost 5 weeks, and not even in our preferred Tarzana location. My son is in pain, and potentially aggravating the pain by not getting diagnosed/treatment in a timely manner. I conceded to seeing the PA instead. We saw Ryan Kennedy and actually could not have been more pleased and comfortable with him, his knowledge, his rapport he easily built with me and my son. Ended up being extremely satisfied with him and your practice, which we've been going to for probably about 10 years!! " Rebecca was great. Appointment was on time. The only issue I had is that I had to call back to get the prescription for both the medication and the PT sent. I was told they would be sent while I was in the office, but when i got to both the pharmacy and the PT office they had not received them. The PT had to call again even after I had called. "
