You can tell that his staff respect him and his abilities. His staff are well trained and work together very well with each performing their duties, as trained and taught, in an extremely efficient manner. All staff get along very well and care for your needs with dispatch. Patients are treated very well. The experience was made enjoyable and one feels welcome in a comfortable, relaxing environment. "

" Staff was excellent, with me being comfortable and at ease their top priority. Dr. McDonald is patient and takes his time to explain everything, and the patient’s best outcome is definitely his top priority while making it a positive experience. I went to this procedure extremely nervous and the whole day was painless and a good experience. Lunch provided with a break from the procedure was a great touch. Thank you for ordering me an uber for my ride home, but upon introspection, I clearly would have been capable of driving. It was a very kind gesture. I would highly recommend Prime Hair Clinic. "

They made me feel welcome and comfortable and laid down every option regarding my hair loss remedies.. There was zero pressure to choose a direct route. I wish healthcare everywhere was like this everywhere cause I was in awe as Dr McDonald covered every category from non surgical to surgical procedural options. " Such a great experience from start to finish. Absolutely no pressure into surgery or medications. They very much allow you the time to research and make your decisions. On the day of my FUT surgery Dr. MacDonald and his team made me feel very welcoming and comfortable.
