" The missing an appointment policy has been extremely offensive many times over the past 6 years with 4 of us as a family. It's counter active. When you diagnose someone with ADHD & depression then penalize them for it, it destroys trust to the core. On top of that the office wouldn't refill the meds for that patient!?!??? Needless to say my oldest daughter refuses to come back on that first point alone but it sealed the deal when no one cared about her meds/health. My husband and I are very responsible and have also been penalized with half the grace which doesn't make sense since there is two of us. Outside of this there was one secretary that has been persistently unpleasant. At first I thought it was me but the rest of my family confirmed it. She's the kind of person you have to pull teeth to get any pleasant look, energy or attitude from outside of that she's given incorrect information, ride, judgy and makes a person feel bad about themselves. Not cool for a mental health (pg1of2) "

" Intake process was a bit confusing as it ended up requiring me to do a couple of the forms more than once. Also, it doesn’t alert you as to which ones are still needed. However I was told I needed the psychosocial completed, which is one I had definitely already completed (that’s a long one to have to complete twice). Perhaps there’s a glitch in the system. " I’m not too thrilled however about the way we are billed. I mean the texts constantly saying to call and pay up. I pay before EVERY session and because of Covid I call in all the time to pay my bills. It’s crazy how many texts we get asking us to do so. I really wish with Covid happening right now we could pay monthly. Also we constant get texts saying we need to give them a card on file to charges. They have one! They e had it since before Covid started. I’ve told them that and all I get is I’m Sorry. It causes us so much stress and then we don’t feel like going anymore. "

I drive about 80 miles to the midland office for my appointments with Chad, although there are probably 30 counselors with 10 minutes of my house and will continue to do so!
