" It sometimes feels like you are not well-prepared for Telehealth calls. I was supposed to have a call yesterday and you called me a few days prior to confirm. (Thank you for that). At that time, it would have been helpful if you asked me for the SN# of my machine so I didn't have to waste time the day of the appointment looking for that information, calling you back, etc. I tried to call you and found it challenging to get through to you (the choices are not clear how to reach you directly). We did finally connect and everyone was polite and courteous but it sometimes seems like you are not focused (like you are multi-tasking). Other than that, the experience was fine. "

" I'm so impressed with MS sleep, Cynthia is amazing! I deal with anxiety and she really understood where I was coming from and she helped me to calm down and relax. Dr. Alexander was very thorough with all details if I had a question, he was right there with answer. If I wasn't sure about something he would take the time to go back over it till I was sure. He said to me "this is your time" that made me feel important. I highly recommend MS sleep to anyone who is suffering from sleep deprivation

" this for her I have been very impressed with Dr. Clerk and his assistant Cynthia. I had no idea all the things affecting my sleep and one of the main things for me is to lose a little weight. I am hoping this is the kick in the pants I need to get serious about that again. I really liked the way Dr. Clerk communicated with me. It was clear and concise and I look forward to taking the sleep test and exploring the options because I have not had a decent sleep in several years and realize how important it is to our daily lives and health. I am looking forward to the next step and hopefully taking care of this very challenging situation. "

" Everything was good. Only thing that bothered me was the air of the cpap being too strong it made my nose stuffy and that made me lose air/breathing from my nose which made it more difficult for me falling back to sleep. It made me more afraid of losing my breathing then helping me with my breathing. I just need the airflow to be a bit softer so it can align with my breathing style. I know it’ll need some more getting used to by then I’ll have a better experience. "
