" I was a bit disappointed of the pictures received due to baby not cooperating and I understand there was nothing that could be done; however to pay the amount paid for the 3D ultrasound it would be nice if there was another shorter session for babies who are not cooperating. " This is my 3rd year getting my annual Mammogram and it's always an easy and smooth process. You feel like you're going to get a spa treatment based on the atmosphere. My one concern is the gown provided if the plus sized ones can be cute (a nice design) and the one I used was thin, see through so maybe a silk type and one of the middle straps was broken and although this is a small matter you want to feel comfortable and not wanting to hold the open gown while waiting for your turn. " The only thing I was upset about with Ulitmate Imaging was not being told when I could get a 3D scan. That’s something I really wanted even IF I had to pay and was never asked if I wanted it. So at 37 weeks pregnant when I did ask the technician because I found out through my obgyn I could ask for it, it was to late because baby was already in delivery position. I was pretty upset to hear that. I truly wanted a 3D scan but was never told or given the option. So i think that should be told to future clients. These times are extremely important we shouldn’t be missing out on these things because we were never asked if we wanted one or informed that we could have one done. That’ll always Be something I wish I had now to be able to show my son. But sadly I won’t have it because of the lack of communication and just simply not being asked or told. "

" Friday 11 March, I had an appointment Dr. Reddy at 10:45 am. He recommended that I go to Ultimate Imaging for further investigating. Dr. Reddy's secretary said that Ultimate Imaging could take me at 5:30 pm that same day. I thought I could wait out the time in town, rather than take a bus to Southampton West, then back. By around 1:00 pm I realized that it would be so difficult to wait until 5:30 pm and then make it home on crowded buses. And I was in pain. So I went to Ultimate Imagining to see if they could take me sooner. They said they were tightly booked but would try to see if an opening came up, and call me. I called them back around 3 pm to see if anything had come up. The receptionist told me to come right over and that they would squeeze me in, because they knew I was in pain. When they were through with me, I was able to catch a bus around 4:15 pm. The receptionist and the technician were both polite, considerate, compassionate human beings. I am so grateful. "

I think this should be addressed and perhaps patient names included in the pictures as I couldn’t tell if they were mine or not. I was subsequently worried my information might have also gone to someone else which is alarming. I think there needs to be a little more security over such confidential information. But overall I was very happy with my appointment and my technician was lovely, informative and professional. I do look forward to coming back and I just hope this oversight can be addressed and doesn’t happen in future. Thanks! "

When realized that I was not placed into the schedule as requested, I was “squeezed” into a schedule I should have already had a spot in and the mammogram technician openly displayed and voiced attitude when she realized I was placed in because she was traveling the next day and didn’t want any more clients. Sitting there already dressed in the gown I changed back into my clothes and went back to reception to voice my concern. " I have been to your office on three different occasions and my first and third appt were great. All of our questions were answered and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our second appt was very stressful and I left with a lot of anxiety. The technician was very friendly but lacked some professionalism. She spoke about checking on the baby before I had entered the room, we have been very careful to keep the pregnancy to ourselves at that point. She was knowledgeable as well but talked a lot and quickly so it left no room for questions about what we were seeing. As someone with Fibromyalgia, having someone speak so much and so quickly causes different types of flare ups, obviously the technician would not know that which is my I was thankful my husband was there to calm me quietly while she continued to talk pretty much to herself. Overall I have had an amazing experience at your office and would definitely recommend it to family if the need arises. "

" I was given the wrong instructions by a referring physician to have an empty bladder for my NT scan. I was concerned I'd have to try and get another appointment and I was already towards the end of the time period allowed for this particular test. But Kim was great, she told me to simply come back in an hour after drinking a few bottles of water. I did so, she took me in right away and we finished up about 10 minutes later. She was great through the scan also, telling me exactly what she was looking for, what things were etc.. Thanks Kim for such a great experience! "
