" Francisco was a good technician. I would have liked to have more information about what reactions , if any, I might have expected! I have severe right knee pain, following the DVT testing that increased on the way home. Pain increased dafter trying to walk, even with the support of my Rollater. It persists with slight improvement today with some heat therapy & 2 605mg Tylenol! I had severe back pain prior to the visit which I manage well . I had expected to be in my back, but not for 2 hours! There has never been any knee pain before this test! "

" My appointment was scheduled for 10:00am yet I wasn’t seen until about 11:00am. However, the staff did let me know that they were running “a little” behind when I arrived. The only thing that could have been improved upon was keeping me abreast of the status every 15 minutes or so. I felt as though I had been forgotten because no one checked on me at all after my arrival until I was called for my procedure. The up side to the visit was that everyone was extremely nice and professional. I felt well taken care of once I was placed in a room for my procedure. The ladies that were assisting the physician during the procedure were awesome! They made me feel very comfortable, which was a plus, as I was extremely nervous about the procedure that I was scheduled to have performed. "

" Everyone was wonderful, but there is ONE THING that desperately needs to be implemented in your questioning prior to a biopsy or other procedure that requires Lidocaine for numbing…PLEASE start asking people if they normally have to request more Lidocaine for other types of procedures? If I had been asked that one question BEFORE my procedure, it would have been almost pain free. Instead; the first dose of Lidocaine didn’t even so much as sting. All I felt was the initial needle prick. However; when the Radiologist started the procedure itself; ALL OF A SUDDEN I ALMOST CAME OFF THE TABLE; leaving my boob behind!!! It was SUDDENLY EXCRUCIATING! However, once they gave me a double bolster of Lidocaine; the procedure was painless. PLEASE????? PLEASE FOR THOSE COMING BEHIND ME…JUST ASK??? "

" Riven was wonderful! I was so nervous going in and she asked me why. I said that I hate MRIs and she laughed and said that’s fine since this was an ultrasound! I felt a little dumb but not because of her! I was so appreciative that the gel was warm and I was never uncomfortable. We chatted during the procedure and she was so interesting, the kind of person I would love to work with. She was very thorough and at the end, told me I had no blots in my legs which was a relief. So often medical personnel will not give you the results of a test, saying you had to wait for the doctor. She double-checked to make sure I had a follow up appointment and escorted me to the lobby. Robin (and fingers crossed I have her name correct!) made a worrisome morning quite easy and I hope you will be able to recognize her in some way. In an age of surly customer service everywhere, she was a delight! Thank you for following up with this survey! "

" Happy Holidays! I was greeted upon arrival. I was seen by the nurse,( sorry that I don't recall her name.) In a very timely manner. She was very patient, cordial and very comforting. Next, I say Physicians Assistant, T.J. He was also very patient, cordial and easy to talk with. He shared good weight loss tips and was very encouraging. Great sessions with the nurse and with the PA. "

" The nurses in the needle biopsy room were fantastic. I was a little nervous and they explained everything before the doctor came in, and played music of my choice that was very calming for me. Dr Mills was great in explaining the procedure and walking me through each step as it happened. I like to know what is going on so this helped me a lot. Together they made it a great experience. "
