" My appointment was for a Biopsy and I was beyond being petrified. I had the best RN, scanner and physician Dr Rasheed. They calmed me down and treated me like I was a Star. The patient/doctor contact was very professional, as he explained every step of the procedure. The nurse and scanner followed the same professional manner. I definitely recommend VRI for any procedure. My w Experience was excellent. I’m so sorry I couldn’t remember the RN and scanner’s name. But they will remember me Ms Gwen. "

The office staff are very friendly when you arrive and helpful when filling out and signing documents during your appointment. Results are returned to my doctors office in a timely manner for review. The facility is sterile and clean. It makes you feel at ease when you are receiving their services. I refer friends and family to the office due to the wonderful care that I have received. "

Everything about this place is about the clients comfort from the decor to the overall service. I will always come here for my exams and I will recommend family and friends They ever rush you they explain everything to you and ensure you are ok. Even the seating areas are configured to accommodate all sizes and they are spaced as not to overcrowd. I can’t say enough about this place. Just because you may have an examine that may not be comfortable doesn’t mean that everything else will be and Valley ensures that they do all they can to make sure that is exactly what occurs. You know it’s a good place when although the exam was uncomfortable you leave saying thank. Thanks Valley. "

" Cheryl Simpson, FNP, was both thorough and personable. I enjoyed my consultation visit and felt she had my best interests at heart. She was not in a rush to order further testing, letting me know a possible course, and allowing me the option to proceed or wait, get a better feel for my condition, and see if my symptoms varied over time. She assured me if I had a noticeable change in any symptoms she would get me back in quickly for further testing; i.e., ultra sound of right leg and/or doing another CT scan of the upper extremities to get another view of the vein blockage of the veins in my left shoulder/clavicle area. She also measured my right leg for compression stockings feeling those may help with the moderate pain in my right thigh. I was most impressed with Cheryl! Thank you! "

" I just want to thank the lady in the breast center at check on. I think her name is Sharon. She was above and beyond nice and very understanding. I was then sent over to where they do the biopsy. The lady at check in there is not very friendly at all. Just seemed kind of cold and not a very people person. The nurses (Debra) and the ultrasound tech and the Dr were great! Very friendly and explained everything. It’s just very important that you be nice to people at check in. You don’t know how much anxiety and how upset they are going through what they’re going through. Maybe the lady on that side needs to be trained by the other lady (Sharon) in the breast center. I couldnt have asked for a sweeter greeting on that side. I wish I would have gotten the name of the other one that wasn’t so friendly. But, overall….very nice and understandable staff. I encountered 5-6 staff so, 1 out of that isn’t so bad I guess. "

" Francisco was a good technician. I would have liked to have more information about what reactions , if any, I might have expected! I have severe right knee pain, following the DVT testing that increased on the way home. Pain increased dafter trying to walk, even with the support of my Rollater. It persists with slight improvement today with some heat therapy & 2 605mg Tylenol! I had severe back pain prior to the visit which I manage well . I had expected to be in my back, but not for 2 hours! There has never been any knee pain before this test! "

The only thing that could have been improved upon was keeping me abreast of the status every 15 minutes or so. I felt as though I had been forgotten because no one checked on me at all after my arrival until I was called for my procedure. The up side to the visit was that everyone was extremely nice and professional. I felt well taken care of once I was placed in a room for my procedure. The ladies that were assisting the physician during the procedure were awesome! They made me feel very comfortable, which was a plus, as I was extremely nervous about the procedure that I was scheduled to have performed. "

" Everyone was wonderful, but there is ONE THING that desperately needs to be implemented in your questioning prior to a biopsy or other procedure that requires Lidocaine for numbing…PLEASE start asking people if they normally have to request more Lidocaine for other types of procedures? If I had been asked that one question BEFORE my procedure, it would have been almost pain free. Instead; the first dose of Lidocaine didn’t even so much as sting. All I felt was the initial needle prick. However; when the Radiologist started the procedure itself; ALL OF A SUDDEN I ALMOST CAME OFF THE TABLE; leaving my boob behind!!! It was SUDDENLY EXCRUCIATING! However, once they gave me a double bolster of Lidocaine; the procedure was painless. PLEASE????? PLEASE FOR THOSE COMING BEHIND ME…JUST ASK??? "

" Riven was wonderful! I was so nervous going in and she asked me why. I said that I hate MRIs and she laughed and said that’s fine since this was an ultrasound! I felt a little dumb but not because of her! I was so appreciative that the gel was warm and I was never uncomfortable. We chatted during the procedure and she was so interesting, the kind of person I would love to work with. She was very thorough and at the end, told me I had no blots in my legs which was a relief. So often medical personnel will not give you the results of a test, saying you had to wait for the doctor. She double-checked to make sure I had a follow up appointment and escorted me to the lobby. Robin (and fingers crossed I have her name correct!) made a worrisome morning quite easy and I hope you will be able to recognize her in some way. In an age of surly customer service everywhere, she was a delight! Thank you for following up with this survey! "

" The only caveat was the staff members I saw were not aware that I could get measured and provided with compression hose there. I was given a prescription for Hanger to get measured and order compression hose. They were booked for the next three weeks. They sent me to Family Medical Supply. FMS could not measure me due to Covid19 regulations. I then called VR and found out they could do the measurements. After that I found out that they also stock and sell compression hose. I am not disappointed about this, but all staff members should be advised. "
