" The appointment process and check in was amazing done by Miriam. The reason I came in was her and the reviews. Drew was also amazing doing all the uncomfortable questions, the visit ended with Jenny who was so knowledgeable, basically the Dream Team! The problem is I DID NOT MEET THE DOCTOR. I have never had a surgery in my life and I did not even get to meet the person who would conduct it, I am very dissatisfied with that. I have went to 3 previous consultations and each one I met the Docter. Also they are asking for an endometdy biopsy when other doctors said they can proceed without that and accept my MRI Cd which is under a year old. I feel that this office is going to cost me more. I would consider this Docter if I met him. I am calling around still to find someone I plan on doing this. I did my pap so I am ready to go but need to meet the doctor and I don't feel I should have to pay again to do that.. "

But when I visited the office I was welcome with a warm and friendly help.
I asked questions n concerns, even for my future schedule appointments and I was assisted with patience and empathy.
They took their time to give me options, and explained the procedure very professional and simple to understand.
This is not usual nowadays.
The staff is very professional and they made me feel at home.
While I was having the procedure done in my leg, I made a point to congratulate the Dr. for his staff service.
I'm very happy with my decision to complete the process much that's needed for my problem.
Once again, I recommend and congratulate the magnificent work they do.

One suggestion, If you are scheduling a short notice appointment, please inform the patient that you are seeing them on a full schedule and they may be waiting longer than a normal delay to be seen. - Now I know and I will be prepared next time. Other than that, nothing but good things to say about the doctor, nurses, and reception. I would highly recommend.

" My name is Steve Foreman I had my PAE procedure done Friday and everything went very well.
Dr.Gropper Is awesome and the staff is amazing they took such good care of me the entire time. After the procedure, I took a per at the office and didn't have to go again until around 8:30 and this was after dinner, I drank a lot of water trying to force myself to go but didn't go again until 11:30 pm and 3:35 am at 7:48 am went again and no blood in my urine and no burning sensation, I can't believe results came that fast. I just want to say that I would recommend Dr. Gropper and his staff.

The only disappointment I had/have is that the consult fee isn’t credited to procedure since I booked and prepaid a treatment at consult. I work in aesthetics and I do this for patients, as is quite common in other specialties. In fact, when I was seen by Dr. Gropper years ago I was not charged a consult fee. I understand it is a new policies but as a returning patient (who knew I would be during procedure not really learning about candidacy) I wish that $150 could go towards additional treatments such as touch ups. " After many years of struggling with leg pain, swelling and now some varicose veins, I decided to take make my first visit to Vivid back on March this year. They proceeded with a sonogram study and thoroughly explained by his assistant the stage my enlarged veins was.
I decided to take the plunge and made the appointment (June) for my first procedure. I was a little nervous prior to the EVLA procedure, but Maya put my mind at ease and spoke highly of Dr. Gropper.
Finally after meeting the Dr for the first time, he also reassured me and clearly explained every step before starting, during and after. I'm looking forward to continue my treatment on my other leg. "

" I had a varicocele for as long as I remember but it got worse and more painful as I got older. Dr Gropper performed a varicocele embolization on me while I was under mild sedation. It was painless and took about an hour. I had minimal discomfort after the embolization. I just had to miss a week in the gym and walk as much as possible. One month later the procedure is a complete success and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Dr Gropper's office is clean and modern. Dr Gropper and his staff are friendly and professional --everyone has great bedside manner. If you have a troublesome varicocele, don't wait 'til you are 60 to take care of it like I did. I highly recommend this office. "

Afterage 50 our hearing and cognitive skills are not the same as a young person's to register info and general data. And Florida and demographics in USA are changing , meaning rampant AGING. And in Europe too. "

" Commend your Staff. They speak clearly, pronounce well and good voice tone . I can register well their message and/ or information regarding my appointments, treatment, etc. Elderly population, I am one of them, (increasing all around particularly in Florida) do not have the reception skills or hearing as young people. Your Receptionists are excellent in this particular issue. I believe most offices need to train their employees about this particular aspect when dealing with the public and or with the elderly patients. We both save (Patient and Office Employee) time then avoiding questions to repeat instructions, etc. wasting both our time. In addition, your Receptionists and other Staff are very helpful and patient. A rare "commodity" nowadays. Congratulations! "
